Exchange

We offer exchanges within Lebanon only. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

You have 5 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@houseofhader.com.

If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup for the item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
