Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping from our warehouse in Lebanon. Delivery times can vary between 1-4 days (local) and 2 to 12 days (international), depending on your location.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that some items may take longer to ship or be stuck on borders due to political & courier matters we are not warned of. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated delivery date or a possible solution.

We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
